We use a 3 stage insulation process.
1st Stage
Sound Blocker
We start with a 2mm self-adhesive sound-deadeniing mat applied to large metal panels. This helps reduce vibrations and eliminate that typical ‘tinny’ van sound, creating a more peaceful driving and living environment.
2nd Stage
Thermo-Acoustic Foam
Next, we apply a layer of thermo-acoustic foam, which offers both soundproofing and thermal insulation. This material significantly cuts down on noise and helps retain heat, and can be applied to walls, floors, and ceilings – sometimes in multiple layers in space allows.
3rd Stage
Thermal Fill
Finally, we add our lightweight and efficient thermal fill – think of it as a puffa jacket for your van. It traps air effectively to provide excellent thermal performance, while being clean and easy to work with.
